about

The classic debut album from PURE BUNK, originally released through Oracle in 1996 and re-released in 2008 by Trans:Com. This is a masterwork of industrial / EBM from Brisbane's pioneers of the genre.

Pure Bunk was a Brisbane based band comprised of Michael Nolan and Andrew Bagley formed in the late '80s and had 3 albums of works and various remixes (in chronological order of recording): The Kilgore Trout Combustion / Pure Bunk (90-91), Whyitzer (94-95) and Man Dog Bytes (98)

The band supported numerous international and national acts such as The Young Gods, Nitzer Ebb, and The Headless Chickens over the years.
